Esther is a great piercer, she is highly skilled in her trade. The workspace is immaculate and Esther takes great thought in her infection control. She puts you at ease with her easy way and funny chat. The piercing although not painless was as painless as could be and I have no issues at all. Everything is very professional, the items of jewellery are beautiful and of a high quality. The aftercare package and instructions are the best I've had. I highly recommend both Esther and SetSail all the staff l interacted with were very polite and helpful. If you want a professional that puts you at ease, offers a high quality service with great advice/skill/aftercare then this is the place to come! 🤗

Great experience as always, had to sadly pull my conch piercing this morning despite Esther helping me try too save it, Esther was lovely as always 😊 hopefully be back soon to try the conch piercing again.
