Can’t recommend Esther enough had a consult for dimple piercings then booked in made me feel really at ease talked through everything in detail and my piercings have been great I haven’t even had swelling

Esther was absolutely fantastic with my 6-year-old son when he had his ear pierced. A week before the appointment, she took the time to have a consultation with him to make sure it was really what he wanted and that he felt comfortable, which I really appreciated as a parent.
On the day, she was calm, patient, and explained everything in a way he could understand, which helped him feel relaxed and confident. She was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process, and it made such a difference to his experience.
The piercing itself was quick, professional, and done with great care. You can tell Esther genuinely cares about making children feel safe and involved in the decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a child’s ear piercing. Thank you for making it such a positive experience for my son!

Absoloutly over the moon with my daughters lobe piercings Esther is so friendly and professional and put my daughter totally at ease she spoke directly to her and made her feel important and independent in her decision to get pierced i would use her 100% for every other piercing, she was so accommodating when we had to reschedule our first appointment due to bad weather and a long journey, but the journey was worth it, and the jewelry is beautiful and suited our budget ! Thanks again x
