I got the time wrong for my piercing resize appointment, but Esther kindly served me right away which avoided me having to wait for an hour. It's was very much appreciated. I have been seeing Esther for a number of years now and have always found her to be corteous and very knowledgable. I would not have any concerns booking any future apppointments with Esther (if I can ever work up the courage for a dermal piercing...).
